New York State Assembly District 23 includes all or parts of Arverne, Bayswater, Belle Harbor, Breezy Point, Broad Channel, Edgemere, Far Rockaway, Hamilton Beach, Howard Beach, Lindenwood, Ozone Park, Neponsit, Rockaway Beach, Rockaway Park and Roxbury in Queens.
